A distinguished scholar, Dr. Raut has qualified CSIR-NET-JRF, SET, and GATE in Chemistry and holds a Ph.D. from NCL, Pune. During his doctoral research, he was honored with the Young Scientist Award at an International Conference in Busan, South Korea.
